At Sãrana® Wellness, health and enjoyment always come first.

Our public naturist wellness centre has been designed down to the last detail to bring body and mind back into balance. We offer experiences that truly take you away from the hectic pace of everyday life: a variety of saunas, warm and cooling baths, Aufguss sessions, a traditional hammam, a sensory shower, peaceful relaxation areas and a welcoming restaurant.

Let yourself be carried away by invigorating Aufguss sessions, a traditional hammam, a stimulating sensory shower and peaceful relaxation and nap areas. Every experience has been designed to bring body and mind back into balance.

Several saunas at different temperatures, from gentle infrared to a properly hot Finnish sauna.

Baths

Warm and cooling baths, Nordic baths and whirlpools to alternate between heat and cold.

Experiences

A traditional hammam, a stimulating sensory shower and atmospheric Aufguss sessions.

Relaxation and nap areas

Cosy loungers and quiet corners to do absolutely nothing. Here, time stands still.

Opening hours

Our wellness centre is open 7 days a week.

Monday to Sunday: 10.30 am to 10.30 pm.

Evening rate from 5 pm.

What should I bring?

Two towels: a large one to lie on (big enough for your whole body) and a small one to dry yourself.
Flip-Flops: practical and hygienic for moving between the saunas and baths.
A bathrobe: to stay warm between sessions and in the restaurant.

Prefer to travel light? Everything is available on site: bathrobe (rental €9), towel set (rental €9), slippers (purchase €9) or the complete linen pack for €24.

Nude or in swimwear?

Good to know: Sãrana® is a naturist wellness centre, except on Wednesdays and Saturdays. On those days, we only welcome visitors in swimwear. Ideal if you prefer to relax in a swimsuit.

House rules in brief

At Sãrana®, everything revolves around peace and quiet, for you and for the guests around you. The essential rules:

HYGIENE FIRST

Shower before using any sauna, bath or the hammam,
and after each session. In the saunas, always sit or lie on your towel, with your feet on it too.

NUDITY AND SWIMWEAR

No swimwear in the saunas and baths for hygiene reasons (except on swimwear days). Wear your bathrobe in the relaxation areas and in the restaurant.

RESPECT AND PRIVACY

Photography and filming are strictly prohibited. Please keep your phone in your locker or use it only in designated areas.

CALM AND SILENCE

Please speak softly in the sauna and bath areas. Silence is required in the relaxation and nap areas.

EATING AND DRINKING

Food and drink are allowed in the restaurant and designated areas only. No food or drinks of your own. Please drink alcohol in moderation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Pregnant, on medication or dealing with a health condition? Please consult your doctor before your visit.
